About Tyler

Hi! My name is Ty Jansma, and I am a realtor and real estate developer in Greater Grand Rapids who is also licensed in Florida. I have married to the love of my life, Hannah, for over 10 years, and we have flipped and built over a dozen houses so far! We have a 3 kid and fatherhood has been one of the most beautiful chapters of my life. I love music, and have played guitar for about 15 years. I was a teacher for several years, and have a B.S. from Florida State University. Thereafter, I earned a Master's in counseling from The University of Alabama. Most recently, I completed an Economics-focused Business Program at Harvard Business School. I have always loved to learn, and enjoy teaching the art of home buying and selling to my clients and prospective clients. I have been a top producing agent at City2Shore over the years and have enjoyed helping so many wonderful people make their next big move. Lastly, and most importantly, I am a follower of Jesus Christ and view my business and life as an extension of my Christian walk to serve and love others.
